Our Journey
Every great restaurant has a story.
Ours began with a simple food cart (lari) near Zydus Hospital, driven by a passion for serving fresh, homemade food and creating memorable experiences.
01. Where It All Began
I started with a small lari near Zydus Hospital Ahmedabad. The doctors, nurses, and hospital staff quickly became our first family. Employees from INTAS also supported us wholeheartedly.
On every Saturday and Sunday, we packed and delivered 50–100 tiffin meals to builders and hardworking professionals. Those early days were tough, but the love and trust we received kept us going.
02. A Pause We Didn't Plan For
Then came COVID-19—a time that tested everyone.
Like many small businesses, we faced uncertainty, struggles, and silence on the streets.
But we chose to adapt, stay strong, and believe that better days would return.
03. A New Beginning on Wheels
With renewed hope, we started our food truck near ATS and Nirma University.
It became a favorite stop for students, families, and ATS officers—who often visited us themselves, even while on duty.
During the times of tension and terror attacks, their support and patrolling presence gave us courage and confidence.
They weren’t just customers; they were our strength and protection.
04. A Dream Come True
Today, that journey has led us to our biggest milestone—our very own restaurant.
What started as a humble food cart has grown into a dream fulfilled through perseverance, hard work, and the incredible support of our customers.
Every dish we serve carries the same dedication, warmth, and authenticity that defined our very first day.
